Welcome

I created this blog in January, but haven't done much with it.  Well, that's not entirely true.  I posted some stories I wrote, but have subsequently taken them down.  The blog isn't so conducive to reading stories in this format.


I am, as of right now, currently unpublished.  I do, however, have many short stories written and I am actively working on a post-apocalyptic novel.


You might want to follow my work if you are interested in "idea" or "didactic" short stories.  I am heavily influenced by Philip K. Dick, who was a master of the "idea" story.  To put it more bluntly, if you like a good mindfuck story, you might want to follow my work.


Almost all of my work has strong philosophical tones to it.  I am a philosopher, through and through.  I like to use science fiction to play with various philosophical ideas or arguments.  Don't worry, I'm not preachy.   But I do like to make people think.


I write when I want to read, and I want to read stories that make me look at reality in a different light.  I don't want to read about space battles or space marine moral.  This does nothing for me.  You'll probably never find me writing this, unless it has a strong idea in it.

In terms of genre, I primarly write in the following categories:

1.  Mindfuck


2.  Post-Apocalyptic


3.  Dystopia


4.  First Contact
